Breathe Online Meditation Course of 6
After the success of some other online meditation sessions I have been running, I have decided to take my meditation classes online making them accessible for everyone during these restricted times we find ourselves in. 🧘🏼♀️💻💜
This 6 week Course will be running weekly through January into February 🗓. Sessions will be live and interactive using the Zoom platform, enabling us to communicate and support each other as a group👭👭👭, and ask any questions.
This course is designed for beginners and anyone who is already trying out meditation but would like some guidance, techniques and support to help things along. We will be covering, working with the breath, controlled breathing techniques, focusing the mind, guided meditation, mindfulness and more 💜🧘🏼♀️💜
